Sunresin adopts resin adsorption technology for purification and decoloration of synthetic hydrochloric acid by using Seplite LSD-396 resin to remove the Fe2O3 that generated from the production. Usually the Fe ions concentration can be reduced to 10 ppm with resin adsorption rate more than 99%. The resins have below advantages:

1.No secondary pollution,

2.Easy for regeneration and regeneration rate more than 95%

3.Good resistant for oxidation,acid, alkali and organic solvent.

4. Resin annual loss rate less than 5%

5. Mature and stable technology

Seplite LSD396 resin is the new type of ultra-high cross-linked polystyrene macroporous ion exchange resin which has higher exchange capacity and adsorption capacity. It is designed specifically for removal of Fe ions from hydrochloric acid which generated from the industrial synthesis of hydrochloric acid and chlorination process in organic chemicals production.
