Dowex SD-2 adsorbent equivalent for starch sugar syrup Decolorization
Sunresin LSF 975 is the type of sugar grade adsorbent resin mainly for glucose syrup decolorization.
Due to its special pore structure, it is specially effective for adsorb and removal of dark color substances from
glucose syrups. It could be used together with other cation and anion resins from LSF 970 series for deep treatment.
The resin shows high adsorption rate and excellent mechanical strength to osmotic and thermal
shock during operation.
Compared with active carbon, the LSF975 resin is more cost effective due to recycling operation.
Advantages of ion exchange resins for glucose decoloration compared with active carbon.

2. Resins can be regenerated for cycling use for many times, more cost effective
3.Resins will not leach color to the syrup.
